Messages with outgoing attachments - how to download all files at once

How does another firm you send files to via messages (formerly communicate) download all files at once, instead of one at a time?

Hello @avelazquez ,

They need to click on the three vertical dots (kebob) in the upper right and choose the download all option.

The other firms screen doesn’t look like that - when they toggle over that, it shows the names of the participants in the message

Hello @avelazquez

Is the other firm also a Smokeball user?  If so, it will be different for them.

No the other firm is not a SB user, so I am trying to assist them on how to download all the files at once

Can you possibly have them send a screenshot of what they see?  In my screenshot above I had already clicked on the message thread.

That was very helpful, thanks for sending.  They need to click where it says 57 files first and then they will get the download all option.
