Hi,

I am trying to see if there is a way to move data collected in SharePoint/Teams to Smokeball.  We collect our preliminary data in Teams (which is SharePoint in the background) and only move solid leads to Smokeball.  I don’t mind using Power Automate if there is a connector, but if there is an easier way, I’d like to use that.

If anyone has used Smokeball templates with MS Word Quick Parts, I’d love to hear your lessons learned.

@Chris.Alvarez9 you can use the Zapier integration to create a lead.  As you collect info in Sharepoint and are ready to move the lead over, then Zapier can create the lead, create the contact, create a Memo with whatever text you want, and upload the files to the lead.  There’s only certain things the Zapier connection can do but create a lead is one of them.

I would love to see what you have setup in Teams to screen the leads.  I’ve recently been trying to get something smooth setup because we get a LOT of spam on our web page and I don’t want SEO companies, lead services, or other advertisers created as leads in Smokeball.  I only want the actual leads to be created.  Would love suggestions on this.
