I’ve been trying to automate my closing documents (real estate attorney).
I can add the Full Name of “This Party” (i.e. Seller 1) to insert under the first signature line, however I can’t find the option to plug in Seller 2.
This would be the second party or second Card (if there are two Sellers that need to sign a Deed).

Hi Karl,
For automation, you can always right click on the field in the right-hand pane and choose the “add another” option.
Additional parties only appear for user document automation fields if you have added that number of parties to the matter you are creating the automation from. Add a second seller to the matter you are using to access the form library to create your template. If you want to get fancy you can use ((IF [Seller 2 full name] Exists THEN)) to add Seller two’s information conditionally.
