Hi team, we usually share an excel tracking list or word file over google drive, where we can freely edit and update, just wonder if we have that function on Smokeball, that can share a folder between the staff

Hi Bryan,
It is possible to send links to matter documents via Communicate to other staff members. At the moment we can’t send a folder, but it is possible to:
- Hold down the Ctrl key and select multiple documents in a matter.
- Right-click the highlighted documents.
- Go to Send… > Communicate.
- Select staff members to receive the multiple file links.
- Click Share
