Hello Martha,
Smokeball Billing only tracks client related time, fees and expenses. We have an integration with QuickBooks for this reason, as they offer full General Ledger Accounting. Please use this link to sign up for a time for a Billing Specialist to go over your questions with your and your accountant.

Hi Martha,
Great question. I would say that going to Smokeball Billing, Reports, and exporting things like the general ledger, Account balance payment report, and WIP would be helpful for your accounts. You can export these all as excel CSV documents with date ranges and filters.

Hello Zac,
I am here with my bookkeeper this morning and she is asking about the general ledger export. I need more information, because we don’t see a general ledger under SB billing only a matters ledger.
