The recent Archie Fireside Chat was a perfect opportunity for clients to learn more and ask questions about Smokeball’s new AI matter assistant, Archie.

The program was really helpful. But what was most impressive was how Hunter and Jordan were able to skate seamlessly from obviously AI 101 questions to more arcane questions from people who’ve been using Archie a bit already.  I was afraid the program would be too basic (I am and have been for a while, a pretty active AI user in general and have poked around Archie daily since it went live), but I learned new things, some I’ve I’ve already applied. Clue: Tables. Archie does tables. 

I can’t wait for the templates feature, and hope Smokeball will consider giving Archie access to multiple matters for one client. To be honest, I wish Archie had arrived before I signed a contract for Thompson Reuters’ CoCounsel.   Archie understands my prompts. But apparently I do not prompt in a way CoCounsel likes.
