I was wondering if Smokeball causes anyone else’s Outlook to constantly freeze up. We have really had it with this problem. We have to reinstall both Microsoft office and Outlook all the time. This is a firmwide problem. Thanks!

My guess is that there is a conflict with another add-in installed in Outlook. I am going to create a support ticket for you so our team can look into this.

I’ve had issues w/ Smokeball crashing Excel spreadsheets, especially if I leave them open for several hours. Smokeball also will not allow me to open a Word or Excel doc on the first try. I have also reinstalled Office several times and run repairs.
