I am wondering whether our precedent font can be changed to arial rather than times new roman?

You can amend precedent fonts in Smokeball Settings > Document Containers > [modify relevant letterhead], and right-clicking on the Normal style and selecting Modify. This sets up the default font across all precedents using the container as its letterhead.
