What is the best way to enter an attorney that works in a law firm with multiple offices?  When you are using fields in documents, SB seems to default to the main address when the address should be going to the address of the particular attorney involved in the case.

Also, does anyone know how to get SB to format a letter properly?  The default in my version puts the company name above the person it is addressed to.  <<Letterhead/Addressee - Address Block - Name and Matter Contact Address>>

Hi there,

Great question regarding automation. What I suggest is the following. Taking an automation session with us. We can show you how you can modify forms to have it pull a contact at a firms address vs the address of the firm itself. It can be through asking you the user a question or just automatically default to what you want specified as the address. Definitely book one and we can help with things like alignment and containers and more.
