WIP Billing

Hi All,

Under smokeball billing, when looking at the WIP (prior to invoicing), the description is Services Provided on ________. 

Can you view or print a breakdown of the services with full description prior to converting to a invoice?

As an addition to my other answer, you can also view the extra description from the Time and Disbursements area in the main Smokeball app by right clicking on the column headings and choosing both Subject and Summary.

Hi Lauren,

You can view and print the full description by using the Time and Disbursement Entries report in the Reports section in Smokeball Billing. In the View Options in this report you can switch on the View Entry and View Description options to display the full contents of every entry. You can then print this report or create a pdf or spreadsheet from the data.

If you’re just checking one entry, simply click on the entry from within the matter in Smokeball Billing and the full details will be displayed on screen.
