How do you make the most of your work-related phone calls?

VOIP with desk/conference handsets and cell phones. Sometimes I just use my PC. 

I host a voip server based on freepbx variant called incredible pbx. Call trunking is provided by clearlyip. Clearly ip also provides a soft phone app and email fax.
