Phone integration

Hello Bishoy,

Smokeball currently integrates with RingCentral which allows you to track your phone calls.

Would be great if smokeball can integrate with other telecomms like Telstra, Webex, etc

Hi @bishoy while I am not a RingCentral expert, I believe you can use more or less any telecom service with RingCentral and keep your current number, service provider etc.

There’s some technical details around how to make that happen which may or may not make it the right solution for you.
