Limiting what an Employee can see

Great question. There are different levels of permissions that you can apply to matters and who can access what in Smokeball. 

There are staff related permissions, like who can access a matter, and who can’t access a matter. 

There are also certain areas of Smokeball you can’t see, ie invoices/billing reports/billing related tabs with trust balances in a matter that you can limit users from seeing.

And finally, you can also restrict users from firm partner specific things, like Firm Insights
