I do not see the Smokeball bar in my Outlook screen. If I send an email I see Smokeball and can profile the email. I have checked my settings and everything looks right. Any suggestions?

We are working hard to get our add-in to work with the latest version of Outlook. Good point Kira that it may be this that is causing the issue. Gold star for you! ⭐

Any time something is missing that should be there, every IT person everywhere will tell you to first try closing and reopening 😁, If that does not work, please reach out to our support team here.
