Has smokeball figured out the issue why I can no longer access Twain for scanning two sided documents. I had no issue until several updates ago and I have not been able to do it since.  I reached out and I was told that they were working on the issues and it has now been several months and it still doesn’t work.

Hello @dcain

I checked in on this and learned the following.  Smokeball has moved to using .NET 6 in our coding as Smokeball has moved to only using 64-bit for all apps.  Versions prior to 8.10 used .NET 4 which was compatible with 32-bit. TWAIN is a 32-bit scanner driver only, which is why it is not appearing on the newer versions.  It also appears that Microsoft is only going to support WIA going forward and have dropped support for TWAIN (TWAIN compatibility - Windows drivers ).

Hi There,

Not as of yet. I have reached out to our Product Team and your Account Manager to see if they can provide any further updates.
