New Loan Agreement Matter Type
This month we released the long-anticipated Loan Agreement Matter type in the existing Commercial matter category, available in all States. Find out more here, including how to add all your important info about the Loan - like Loan Amount, Loan Type, Term of Loan, and Interest and Repayment Details.

Stamp Duty Updates
For our NSW clients, NSW Stamp Duty has been updated, effecting contracts which were exchanged from 1 July 2023.
In Victoria, the VIC Stamp Duty Pensioner and Concession Cardholder Reduction is also now available on the Stamp Duty Estimator on Purchase and Transfer matters. To find out more see this Support article.
Financial Disclosure in Family matters
This month we have also added a new tab in the Case Details layout in your ‘Property’ and ‘Children and Property’ matters called “Disclosure” where you can store all of your financial disclosure records relevant to your matter. We have also added a new precedent called "Financial Disclosure Record" which automates with that information in a Word document, available now in your Precedent Library.
