Welcome to the new year and with it our latest legal content update! This update includes new matter types released in December 2023 as well as form and precedent updates.

New ‘Agency - Criminal’ Matter Type
In December we released the new “Agency - Criminal” Matter Type for NSW, VIC and QLD under the existing “Criminal” matter category in those States. Similarly to the Criminal General Matter Type, you can add all your important info into these matters, including Court Details and Charge details as well as details of the Instructing Firm and the parties.
New Survivorship Application Matter Type for NSW
We have also just released a Survivorship Application matter type in our Conveyancing category for our NSW clients, as we previously did last month for Victoria:
Marketplace Precedents Updates
It’s been a big month for updates to the Precedents Online precedents, with the Marketplace Precedents Author providing updates to over 100 of the precedents already available, across the following areas of law:
