Is there any way to up add new matter status? If so, we would like to add status “Transferred Out”.
Right now our only options are
- Open
- Pending
- Closed
- Canceled

You can use matter stages for this functionality. Matter stages can be configures in Smokeball settings > Matter stages. Refer to the following Support Hub article for further info: Setting up Matter Stages
If your Smokeball package doesn’t include the Matter Stages feature, matter tags can provide a way to take note of any ‘Transferred Out’ files: https://support.smokeball.com/hc/en-au/articles/5859389637655-Set-up-default-matter-configurations
