Hi everyone,
Zendesk, the system we use to track support tickets was offline for approximately an hour this morning (AEDT). 

Here’s what you need to know: 

  • We're back online.
  • Zendesk is investigating the cause, but everything is working normally for now.
  • We have logs of your calls and emails, and we're following up on them.
  • We may take longer to respond while catching up.
  • We'll keep you updated here.
