How do you attach an email received to two matters?

Hey there! Thanks for posting in the Community! You can right click on the email and select Copy To, and this will save a copy of that email to another matter. At this time there is no way to have an email tagged to 2 different matters. If you’d like to submit a feature suggestion to request this functionality, please have at it! We love hearing from our firms. Our Product team reviews all feature suggestions that come in.
