Is it possible to have the same preprogrammed folder structure created for new leads and matters without causing folder duplication when converting a lead to a matter?
As of now I have my folder structure preprogrammed for leads so that when converting to a matter, the folders transfer over exactly. However, if I wanted to create a matter without first creating the lead, using my method, there would be no folders preprogrammed for the matter.

At this time, it is not possible. If you haven’t already, I definitely suggest you put in a feature suggestion regarding this and how you would want it to operate.

Yeah, it’s aggravating. We manually delete the second, unnecessary folders...it’s a nuisance part of setting-up a matter.
