We have online filing of documents and e-service. Whenever we try to download a PDF from the court to Smokeball, it gets blocked. Any thoughts?

We had this issue in NY, but not sure if its a state-specific or browser setting thing. Anyway, make sure you have managed your extensions in your browser. Enable the Smokeball extension and pin it to your task bar. Try it. If that doesn’t work, then disable the PDF extension. It worked for us.

So to get things started; I see that you’re over in Missouri. Can I confirm the service you’re having trouble with is the Missouri Electronic Filing (eFiling) System?

Thanks for the responses! I did put in a support ticket and disabling the Adobe extension solved the problem!!
