The largest file size that I have been able to send through communicate was 3.99 gig.

 

I was unable to attach an attachment that was larger than 4.0 gig.

Hello George,

As a Smokeball user, you should not have a limit on any file that you send.  If it is saved in the matter, you can send it.  If this is not the case, please contact our support team here.  Please do be aware that larger files will take longer to send and may cause performance issues.

 

For third parties sending you files back, there is a limit of around 100 MB.  They may be able to do larger files, but there are performance issues that may occur.
