Currently this is designed to only show your own details.
We’ll take this on as product feedback, though - naturally we’ll need to consider permissions, as some firms may want to restrict the details various users can see.
In your case, are you looking to create a dashboard where you can add multiple widgets - one for each different staff member? Or would you just like to be able to select different staff members on the existing widget?

I should also mention, there is a report that might help you, depending on your need.
In Reports, there is a “Time and Disbursements Entries” report that may help.
This will do a breakdown of hours spent per staff member, and you can apply a different combination of filters such as specific staff, matters, and areas of law.
