Updating signatures for letters generated through Smokeball

Hi,

My colleague’s title in his signature comes up as “Associates” – How do you remove the “s” at the end of the word?

Hi!

 

There are a few options for addressing that depending on how it is setup (hard typed, pulling via automation etc). It’s probably best that you reach out to the Training team so that we can schedule a session with you and figure out both how it is setup right now and make sure it looks good going forward. 

 

To reahc out you can either use the “Submit a Request” button in our support hub (the support tab in Smokeball or support.smokeball.com) or email help@smokeball.com directly. Either way you’ll get the training team and we’ll send you links to choose a time.
