Updated Smokeball billing issues

So, I have two somewhat annoying issues with the new smokeball billing:

  1. When trying to edit a matter it will stay on a continuous loading loop and not allow me to click anything other tabs in the sidebar. I have to search something random just to get out of it.
  2. When creating invoices, I cannot preview the draft anymore. It just says “Generating PDF” forever.

Has anyone else had similar issues with the new update?

Hello @NDockeryII 

 

I am going to send this to our Support team.  For number 2 that has to do with a setting in your browser regarding PDF previews.  You can try to find it with my instructions below or have support help.  As to the first, Support will need to take a look.

 

  • In Chrome go to settings and search for PDF
  • Scroll to the bottom of Privacy and Sercurity 
  • Choose Additional Permissions
  • Go to PDF Documents
  • Set to Open in Chrome
