Is there a way to create a task from an email?  95% of my tasks for myself and my staff come from email.  Going back and forth can be a bit of a pain.  There is a way to make tasks off of email for Outlook.  Is there a way to create a task from an email - i.e. draft response to email, create task, hit send.  Email goes to file and task created.  

 

Along with finally doing something about a Service tab for more than one defendant (or, my practice, 10+), this would be life changing. 

I agree. It would be a great time saver to be able to create a task from an Outlook email.


@taniatuttle This feature has been requested by several users including me and @Funkytown going back a few years. For example, see:

@Sara Sultan noted our prior requests but I have not heard of a rebuild of the Outlook add in or Outlook task feature on a road map.

 


I am a fan of this suggestion as well as Jonathan mentioned.  I will tag the Product team again!


Thank you.  This seems like a no brainer upgrade.  It would save a HUGE amount of time.
