How do you create initial questions when opening a precedent- eg: choose one of two clients in the same matter. Alternatively, how do I make a copy of the original smokeball precedent with those questions already and create a personalised document.

Hello!
In this situation, I would recommend that you right click on the precedent and choose the “Create copy” option. You can then right click and modify the copy and use our Replace References feature to swap out Client 1 for Client 2.
