All my correspondence letters and precedents turn into the wrong font when I open them. They are the correct font in the template. How do I change the rules and fix the styling?

I believe letters and forms (or “precedents”) inherit formatting from their “Containers”. To adjust this go to “SB PC App> File > Containers” then edit the container you are using to have the font you want.

Just to add, it may be helpful to setup a standard normal style. So when you open the document container:
- Right-click on the Normal style
- Select Modify
- Change the settings to the desired format for your precedents.
- Save & Close the document container.
