Hello all!
Communicate just got even better! You can now see new Communicate messages in your Windows notifications. Just have your notification setting turned on in Windows and Focus Assist off to see them.

Is there a way to get a pop up on this for everyone working on the file? Currently, if my attorney sends a message, and the client replies, he’s the only one who knows about the pop up….and those messages are not getting reviewed. if it could pop up for me too, then those wouldn’t get missed.

The notification will only work for people that are included in the message. Please ask the attorney to add you to the Communication thread so you can be notified as well.
