outlook issue

recently my outlook addin starting slowing my computer and doesn't automatically sync at startup anymore?  I have to restart smokeball.

Hello Stephen,

This can happen if there are too many add-ins in Outlook.  Outlook is the most popular kid on the block for add-ins.  Almost every software wants to be friends with Outlook (us included 😉).  I suggest removing any unwanted or unused add-ins.  To do this go to File>Options>Add-ins in Outlook and click on the Go button.  

 

 

This is a screenshot of my add-ins.  You will note this is not even all of them, I still have to scroll!  I have unselected quite a few that I do not use.  This should help with your issues.  If not, please reach out to our support team here.

Thanks, But I have only one add-in and that is smokeball, any ideas if That is not the problem?
