Our team are currently working on a document which everyone is contributing too. We have experienced an issue where the document formatting (numbered paragraphs) is presenting as normal for everyone - except one user. When that user opens or views the document, the numbered paragraphs are out and extra levels of numbers are inserted. We have tried duplicating the document, saving a new version and retiring the old version, but the same issue occurs but only for that same user.
Obviously, potentially a very concerning issue as this user needs to work on the document, but were unsure as to what will happen if they make substantial changes whilst operating with a different format.
Has anyone else experienced this? I will be raising a support ticket as well.
