Hi all
Hoping someone can help with moving to another folder 
The option to right click and move to works
But I usually just right click, hold and drag the item to the folder I want to place a document, letter or email 
Is this not working for anyone else

This should work anywhere, but to easily use the right click, hold and drag option, we recommend that you have the documents popped out into file explorer.  If you are still having issues, contact our support team to look into this.

I usually just right click, hold and drag into the relevant folder

At the moment it is coming up with a red circle with a cross in it not allowing me to drag and drop
