Has anyone else been unable to sign onto Smokeball on a mobile device (cell phone)?

Hi @OCLawyer, I did check our support tickets if there was any related incident that was raised but appears to have none. I would highly recommend for you to the following as a troubleshooting:


If you are using the Smokeball App, please see below for the steps on troubleshooting:

  1. Double tap the Home button and swipe up to close the app.
  2. From the Settings app, select Smokeball and turn on Access to Cellular Data.
  3. Make sure that your device's time and date is set to automatic (network provided).
  4. Ensure your device is connected to a reliable data connection (WiFi, 3G, or 4G).
  5. Delete the Smokeball app and reinstall the latest official version from the iTunes Store or Google Play Store.

 

If you are using the Web App, please see below for the steps on troubleshooting:

  1. Clear Cache and Cookies on your web browser
  2. Try to login again after clearing Cache and Cookies
