There is no option for adding in an audible notification at this time. I will make sure to have our Product team look at your post for your feature suggestion.

I have the Smokeball Communicate App on my phone. Whenever I get a message, it makes an audible sound. I also have it on my watch which vibrates and makes a sound. It’s also on my iPad, which make a sound. Occasionally, Windows 11 notifications get reset and I receive a notice and a sound on my Computer (bottom right notifications area). Sometimes its like a circus of sound when I get a Communicate Message!

I guess if you have your Window settings to make noise, that does work.  Just not set through Smokeball.
