"Label As" in Calendars

In the calendar view, we can assign a Label to an event by right clicking and choosing a particular label and it changes the colour of the event entry to which ever label you choose

 

Can you change and/or add to the pre-existing titles and customize to your firm?  If so how?  If not, can it be submitted to the products team

Hi ​@Cath - PLQ,

Currently, the pre-existing labels in the calendar view cannot be customized or modified. I understand that having the ability to change or add custom labels specific to your firm would be beneficial. I will submit this as a feature request to our Product Team for future consideration.

Thanks Jess.  We have since noticed, that after we check information or change the information (not relating to the events) and we click on OK in the Conveyancing Details section, the label we have assigned to the event changes back to grey/none.  Is there a setting that we can apply, that will allow the label to remain in place, even after we open the conveyancing details section and click on OK.  We create events in the calendar for our critical dates from the conveyancing details section and when they are satisfied we need to identify in the calendar that they have been completed - either satisfied or terminated.  Is there a quick way we can do this, without us having to open the event and changing the title to satisfied/terminated.
