Has anyone had issues with clients who use Hotmail not being able to respond to emails? We have noticed a trend with Hotmail users receiving bounce-backs when attempting to simply respond to an email, even after being added to safe-sender list in Outlook. We were wondering if it may be a Smokeball/Hotmail compatibility issue.

This should not be caused by Smokeball. SB bolts onto your outlook desktop software. Your outlook software uses a mail server (office 365, gmail, on premises). The bounce back email will provide information about the cause of the bounce back. If you need mail help you might hire a consultant from Upwork etc. I recently did this myself and can provide a referral if needed.
