is there a way to Combine pdf attachments to an email before saving to smokeball

I get emails with several pdf attachments that need to be combined before I can save them to smokeball is there a way to do that?

Smokeball only offers the option to Create Multiple File PDFs from the matter. There is no option to do this upon saving. If you have not put in a feature suggestion yet for this, please do so here.
