How do you send out statements showing the payments and interest accrued?  Did you create your own template in Smokeball?

@Wendy Schultz  - I’m not sure when the payment details were added. Its new to me. I don’t see a method to print the payment details.

@Josh Hehner (SB legal configuration)- for matter type Post Judgment Collection, card Payment Details:

  1. Can we get a print table button within that card?
  2. Can we get a forms automation to output the rows of data into a table? Is there one that you can copy / paste for us even if it is not in automate?
  3. Can you explain how interest is calculated? It seems a bit wonky and it may not update on changes after the interest is first calculated. See below:
