Hi, We sometimes share documents in office 365 with opposing counsel and our clients. That way we can edit as we go easily. Does smokeball have a way to integrate the different versions of our word documents with 365? Or do we just have to download each version specifically before we edit further?

Hi Matt,

Smokeball has a version history for every document in a matter. You can view a previous version in Word, then edit and save with Word integration features.

  1. Right-click the document in Smokeball.
  2. Go to Properties > History.
  3. Select view for the relevant version.

 

  1. The previous version opens in Word.
  2. Edit the document.
  3. Save & Close the document.
  4. You can view any version at any time via Version History.
