How do I add a fee if our firm works on contingency.  

Hey there! Thanks for posting in the Community, and Welcome! To add a fee to a contingency matter you would use the time/fee action button to create a Fixed fee entry. See the screenshot below. Also, make sure the Billable box is checked.

 

If you need to add client costs/expenses, use the Expense Action button.
