Hello, for some reason this morning, I am unable to open any of my SmokeBall matters, and I have shut everything down and restarted my desktop and there is no change.

Is anyone else having this issue and/or does anyone know how to resolve it?

I suggest you try closing and re-opening smokeball to see if the problem persists. If it does, call smokeball technical support. They can log in to your computer and try to resolve the problem. Generally if they cannot fix it then they will do an uninstall and reinstall for you while you do other things.

Hopefully this issue is resolved for you now! However, we do recommend restarting the computer (as you had already done). 
It may even be worth logging out of Smokeball, and then logging back in.

If from there the issue persists, it would be best to contact a team member from the Support desk to try and resolve the issue for you!
