Hello Bailey,
Smokeball will only send payments over to Xero. Once an invoice is finalized AND had a payment applied, the payment will flow to Xero. The invoice itself remains in Smokeball Billing. I would like to chat more with you on why it is important for your firm to have invoices go to Xero as well. I am reaching out to your Onboarding specialist to set something up.

Hello!
Unfortunately, Smokeball only integrates with Xero on a cash accounting basis. This means that at this time, it is not possible to export invoices from Smokeball to Xero.

Is there a way to manually export them and import them??? This may honestly be the worst news I’ve received after switching to Smokeball 2 weeks ago.

I'm really sorry to hear that you are not happy with this, and I completely understand and empathise with your disappointment regarding the limitation.
As of right now, the Smokeball invoices only flow through to Xero once they have been finalised.
I have been in contact with your Onboarding/Customer Success team to reach out to you.

Can you expand on what you mean byt once they have been finalized?
I’ve finalized a few invoices in Smokeball and they have not imported into Xero at all. After they’re finalized is when we need them to flow through to Xero.
