Is the a way to run a report on which clients need to replenish their evergreen retainers?  If not, what about a print feature for the Evergreen screen?

Unfortunately, whenever you invoice a client and include an evergreen request, the invoice is considered “paid” only if they pay their past due balance and does not flag the user that they have not paid their evergreen.

Hi Eporter,

We recommend working off the evergreen retainer screen to see which matters are below their threshold.  Make sure you are checking the filters so all matters are showing that are below the threshold, and you can easily send an email requesting the replenishment.  There’s an email template that can be set up for this as well.

As we always look to improve our product, I’m interested in why you would like a report or to print this screen?  Thank you for the feedback!

Because to delegate this to an office manager or other employee, it would be helpful to simply run a report like we would for other collections so that they can contact the client for replenishment. Clients typically do not respond to the emails. We need a report we can download to spreadsheet or pdf to print so that we can work on collecting these amounts or withdrawing from clients’ cases. We are losing money since we are missing that clients haven’t actually paid their entire invoices (haven’t paid their evergreen replenishment) though they are marked “paid.”
