I have a sceretary who has access to my smokeball data.

She gets copied into a lot of emails, some with attachments.

I dont want to duplicate these attachments - is there a way of telling if the other user has already saved an attachment without having to open the matter?

Or

Is there some feature/system/”hack” which will elt the other user know its already been saved??

Hi Sheldon

Thank you for your question.

At the moment the only way to check is to look at the matter in Smokeball before assigning the email and/or attachments again.

You can however add in some product feedback and our product team can have a look into it.

Thank you
