Is there any way of returning to the option to ONLY email precedents through Outlook? there is now a button that has 'send’ and then I have to select email or communicate. It's just adding one more step - whereas previously I could go right to email.

Not as of yet. That feature was an upgrade to expand the options, but as with all upgrades, we want to hear your feedback. If you hadn’t already, please submit a feature suggestion on how you would want it to look, ie breaking into two separate buttons.

I would love to Zac - how do I do that? I could not find ‘feature suggestion’ in the search function, nor in any of the drop down menus above?
