Good morning,

Our firm has just switched over to Smokeball. There are two features of the timekeeping function that seem to be missing:

  1. If you have a draft timer running - you can’t pause and manually edit the amount of time in the timer (e.g. if you forgot to run the timer or forgot to stop the timer);
  2. Once you have saved a timer and it appears in the Time Entries list - you can’t restart that timer.

Has anyone found a work around? We like to have just one time entry per person per matter per day, rather than 5 different time entries for a person on the same matter in one day.

We’ve found this very frustrating. If you would similarly like to have these features added, please submit a feature request!
