Funkytown

Smokeball appears to integrate with Docusign as shown here; https://www.smokeball.com/features/legal-efiling-electronic-signatures

But I can’t find a way to integrate Docusign.

Perhaps its only available through Infotrack (which is not available in my state).

Help?

Hello Alan,

Smokeball integrates with DocuSign only through our InfoTrack integration currently.  There is no direct integration with DocuSign.  You can use our Publish Online feature to upload documents if you use DocuSign online.

Is there a way to enter a field through Infotrack where we can get client's to enter text?

Hello @Nat

If this is related to the signature service, then yes.  There is a Text field option.

Hi Sara - I must have completely missed that field - thank you for bringing it to my attention.

With the associated fee for using docusign - is that automatically allocated to the file, or is this something that we have to add to the matter manually. In addition, how does it work when reconciling for docusign? For example, is a statement sent out at the end of each month with the amount of docusign documents we've used?

Hi Nat,

The expense associated with e-signatures is automatically added to the matter.

As to reconciling, I would recommend running an expense report and filter to only show InforTrack Charges in Excel.  I am a Trainer for the US and the UK and do not have access to which reports should be used in AU.  I will connect with a teammate there to assist.
