How do I move new contacts to the client folder?

Thank you for your question! 

Contacts are allocated to contact files depending on the information that pertains to them in the Matter Details. So in this instance, if a contact is inserted as your ‘Client’ in the Matter Details, then their contact card will be allocated to that folder. 

Similarly, if a contact card has been used for another role (i.e. Accountant/Barrister) in the Matter Details for a matter, then they will be allocated to those files.
