Hello Jordan,

There is currently no way to have someone external to your firm collaborate on a document with you in the same way you can with Dropbox and Google Docs. You can send them the document via the portal, but any changes they make would need to be sent back to you as a separate version.  Please add a feature suggestion here to allow co-counsel to collaborate on documents so that they can just edit the version that is in Smokeball.  

This would be a fantastic feature.
